Back2theSketchbook

The artist behind Back2theSketchbook is Dominik. Drawing has always been the place where he could express himself and let his creativity run free. In 2024 he decided to take it one step further: he attended the ESTP tattoo school in Berlin and discovered tattooing for himself.

Dominik found his place at Herzstickl in winter 2024, and everyone here has supported and encouraged him from the start. Today he tattoos blackwork, ornamental, geometric and tribal work, with a focus on plants and animals in abstract form and illustrations of everyday objects.

What matters to him is that you feel comfortable, that you are still happy with your tattoo later on and that you remember your time in the studio fondly. Dominik speaks German, Italian and English.
