From Val Venosta
Aftercare tips from your tattoo studio in South Tyrol
A tattoo only looks truly beautiful once it has healed well. That is why at Herzstickl we give you aftercare instructions after every appointment and are happy to answer your questions. In this guide you can read it all again at your own pace: for your new tattoo, your piercing and your skin in the years that follow.
We write from our daily life in Schlanders in Val Venosta and in Kaltern on the Wine Road. The sun shines often and strongly here, in winter we hit the slopes, in summer we head to Lake Reschen or Lake Kaltern. That is exactly what our tips cover: sun protection in the mountains, skiing with a fresh tattoo, swimming only after healing.
This guide gives general aftercare advice and does not replace medical advice. Your artist’s instructions always come first.
