How do I get an appointment?
Write to us using the request form, on WhatsApp, by email to info@herzstickl.com or on Instagram. We get back to you personally, talk through your idea and find an appointment together. We work by appointment only.
Can I come in without an appointment?
We work by appointment only and do not offer walk-ins. That way we have time for every client. The quickest way to ask for a short-notice appointment is WhatsApp, sometimes a slot becomes free at short notice.
How much does a tattoo cost?
The price depends on size, level of detail and effort. After the consultation you get a personal quote from us. When you book your appointment you pay a deposit of €50, which we deduct from the price of the tattoo.
How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?
We tattoo from the age of 18.
How old do I have to be for a piercing?
We pierce from the age of 16. If you are not yet 18, a parent or legal guardian comes with you to the appointment and signs the consent form as well.
Can I come with my own idea?
Absolutely! Custom means your idea, your references and your wishes are the starting point. From them we draw a design that exists only once.
Which tattoo styles do you do?
Our signature is fine line, sketch, floral and animal motifs. With our artists in Schlanders and Kaltern you will also find watercolor, black and grey realism, American traditional, lettering and cover-ups. See our tattoo artists and our services page to find who suits your idea.
How do I care for my new tattoo?
Keep it clean, apply a thin layer of cream and avoid direct sun, sauna and swimming pools for the first few weeks. We give you detailed aftercare instructions at the studio.
Which aftercare cream should I use for my tattoo?
A mild cream without fragrance and without alcohol, ideally from a tube. Applying it thinly matters more than the brand. We tell you in the studio what we recommend. Our tattoo aftercare guide explains everything step by step.
Do you also do piercings?
Yes, at our studio in Schlanders: ear lobes, helix, tragus, septum, nostril, lip, eyebrow, belly button and tongue, with sterile single-use materials and personal advice. You can find everything on our Piercing page.
Where can I find you?
Our main studio is in Schlanders (Silandro), Dr.-Heinrich-Vögele-Straße 6. Our branch is in Kaltern (Caldaro), Bahnhofstraße 19A (Via Stazione 19A). You will find both addresses and directions under Our studios.

You can send your request in English, German or Italian. We reply to you personally.
